    bright orange, red cherry that complement a pleasing chocolate body layered with a n
    ice sweet caramel finish.
    ROAST PROFILE
    This coffee excelled at roasts from City through Fully City+. There is a moderate brightness, excellent body, dark cherry-plum fruit notes, and undertones of caramel in the background.
    Recommended Roast:
    Medium to Dark Roast. Good for Espresso.

    Our organic coffee is produced by small-holder farmers of the Kapkwai co-op in Sipi
    Falls, Uganda most revered coffee region. Member farms are located
    on the slopes of Mount Elgon in the Kapkwai region of the Kapchorwa district, Uganda,
    a high altitude region rich in volcanic soil and natural waterfalls perfect for producing the unmatched bold flavors of
    Ugandan coffee.
