Operation :
Using rubber tube sealed to  connect outlet,and put water sampler into water,
when the bottom of sampler reach the water,continue to drop ,the auto valve in the bottom pen ,
the water flow into sampler ,once sampler will be full water or liquid ,we pull the sampler by rope from water
Including part: rubber tube,clip ,hook and nylon rope
