We have a large tool and die / mold making shop in Eastern Europe. This shop is a subsidiary of a U.S. company, Aileron, Inc. Since 1994 (over 25 years), we have been making injection molds, blow molds, and custom tooling for U.S. customers.
All of the molds are made to U.S. standards
--we use standard components that customers can easily replace--and shipped by airfreight. Your mold is delivered 3-7 days after completion, so that there is essentially no impact on the lead time.
Full support stateside--
our company also has a mold making / machine shop in U.S. (in Utah). We can make adjustments, changes, and repairs to the molds once they arrive to the United States, and we guarantee all of our molds.
Our prices are typically about 1/2 of a U.S. price, and the quality is comparable to American tools.
