    ROAST PROFILE
Oaxacan coffee has long been synonymous with high quality. Our Organic Mexican Oaxaca coffee is no exception. We loved its silky viscosity, its effortless sweetness, and its complexity of chocolate and dried fruit flavors. It’s one of the best examples of a “classic” Oaxaca. This coffee is sweet with lots of stone fruit flavors and a creamy Nutella base. An all around balanced and clean cup.  The finish has a lingering roasted cashew aroma and sugar coated nut notes
    .
    Recommended Roast:
Medium to Dark Roast. Good for espresso.
    FARM PROFILE
Our Organic Mexico Oaxaca coffee is sourced from small-holder organic certified farms under the Organic & Fair Trade Certified CEPCO co-operative. Farmer plots sit along the fertile and lush Sierra Madre del Sur coastal mountain range.  Coffee producers use their own micro-mill to process harvested cherries, which allows for meticulous care in depulping, fermenting, and drying the coffee. Coffee is cultivated on farms that average just a few acres in size, which means most farmers also grow native bananas, corn, beans and fruit trees to supplement their incomes. The CEPCO Co-op specializes in preparing traceable Oaxacan coffees and paying producers higher incomes for the quality of their coffee.
