*** THIS IS SPECIAL PRICING BASED ON PAYMENT PRIOR TO SHIP ***  We can give York/JCI Chiller references purchased from Keith Industrial Group if you'd like.  Chillers are all KIG does, about 200 per year, and a balanced combination between used/refurbished, and new like this York/JCI chiller.  We selected York/JCI for new chillers above 20 ton because we have had the luxury of working on used McQuay, Trane, Carrier, and York chillers in our shop over the years.  The York's always had the best combination of reliability, simplicity to work on, a controller that is powerful but not ridiculously over-engineered, and most importantly staff and technical support that was actually reachable and returned calls when needed.
Add $ 1800 for on site start up "check" by York technician - this is required to honor 1 year parts and labor warranty.  Please understand it is customers obligation still to get chiller connected and in place and ready to run, we will supply you with a York start up checklist prior to the warranty "start up check" which needs to be completed by customer or customers installer prior to the arrival of the JCI/York technician.  The York start up is a check and confirmation that chiller installed and set correctly to initiate the parts AND labor warranty.  We assist in this process, and KIG provides technical phone support for start up.
